Grow Ministries is a faith-based coaching ministry. We believe in Christian values and that the Word of God is the bases for all counsel and coaching. Our goal is to lead you toward the Lord and His wisdom. We believe that He can and will speak to you, and we can help you self-discover His plan, Will, and calling for your life. We believe God created you with a divine purpose and that each person has a unique calling. We hope that through this coaching, we can help you learn to hear His voice clearly and that you would be led by Him to action steps that will bring meaning, purpose, and results to your life.

Coaching Agreement

Iโ€™m super excited to partner with you in this new season of your future dreams and goals!

Proper expectations are of the utmost importance in relationships. This document is an effort to establish appropriate expectations of our coach/coachee relationship. This agreement is not intended to be a contract or a legal document.
This agreement is between Joe Bulman (Coach) and You (Coachee).

Having learned from many years of โ€œtellingโ€ others what to do and seeing way less effective in this classical expressive style, as your coach, I will assist you by listening to your journey, your obstacles, and your challenges and asking good questions to help you gain clarity of your situation be it personal, professional or problematic. Together we will determine your next steps and the research, networking, and perhaps education you must do to accomplish the agreed-upon action steps.

These confidential times are for you to be able to have a safe place to discuss deep issues that may be holding you back from being all that you are meant to be, holding your organization back from being more effective, or simply a personal issue that is a roadblock for living a whole and healthy life. In these discussions, you will establish action steps to report on your progress during our next call.

Coaching will be monthly unless you, the coachee, request more frequent calls.

The fee for this arrangement will be $100 per session or per the Package you choose and billed directly via email.

The coachee may cancel or reschedule at any time 24 hours before our scheduled appointment without charge via text message or email. For any cancelations within 24 hours of the meeting, the coachee will be expected to pay for the vacant time.

The coachee may terminate this agreement at any time.

These appointments will be via Zoom, in person, or a phone call if you cannot meet in the preferred option of in-person or Zoom.
